*STUDENT E-MAIL ACCOUNT INFORMATION |

The pattern for student e-mail addresses is firstname.lastname@mcc.martincc.edu (ex: John Doe would be john.doe@mcc.martincc.edu). Be sure to note there is a period between the first and last name. If there is already a student in the system with the same first and last name, your e-mail address may contain a number after your last name (john.doe1@martincc.edu).
MCC accounts (E-mail, Blackboard, and Moodle) may take up to 24 hours after the closing of each day of registration to be created (accounts for those registering during early registration will be created within 24 hours of the closing of the first regular registration day).
USERNAME TO LOGIN: firstname.lastname (ex: john.doe)
PASSWORD: For new students, this will be your initials + your birth month + your birth day (ex. If John P. Doe was born January 5th, his password would be jpd0105). Note the month and day are both two digits (January is 01, not just 1). You will be prompted to change this the first time you login. If you are an existing student, your password is whatever you previously changed it to.
In the event 24 hours has passed since the closing of business on the day you registered and you still cannot get into
your e-mail, you may submit a request for assistance by clicking here.
*PLEASE NOTE: Blackboard and Moodle logins follow this same format but passwords for each are managed individually. Changing your e-mail password does not change your Blackboard or Moodle password and vice versa - you will have to change each of these individually.
