About the MCC Foundation

The Martin Community College (MCC) Foundation began in April 1972 as the Martin Technical Institute Foundation. The Foundation is the College's fundraising division, which accepts gifts of cash, securities, deferred gifts, property, equipment, and materials.

The Foundation's purpose is to assist and strengthen our students while fulfilling the mission of the College. Foundation scholarships are crucial to helping many deserving students attend MCC who may not otherwise be able to do so without Foundation resources.

Charitable Giving

The MCC Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. "All or a portion of your gift may be tax deductible as allowed by current tax laws." As required by law, the Foundation maintains exclusive control over the contribution.

Giving to the Martin Community College Foundation helps students realize their dreams of a higher education. Rest assured that a gift to the Martin Community College Foundation makes a difference.

Supporting the Equine Program

The Foundation also supports MCC's Equine Program. Horses are gifted to the Foundation through charitable donations and provide countless learning opportunities for students in the program. Our horses are also an asset in recruiting and retaining outstanding students and instructors. If you are interested in gifting a horse to the Foundation, please contact our Equine Program Director at (252) 789-0318.
