Tax Information (1095-C)
MCC employees who are eligible for College-sponsored health coverage will receive a Form 1095-C from the IRS for tax-reporting purposes. The form documents the offer of coverage extended to you and your dependents during the prior calendar year.
If you have not received your 1095-C or have questions about the coverage information reported, contact the Human Resources office.
