This course is designed to prepare students for a foundation in Desktop Support certifi cation in offi ce productivity applications. Emphasis is placed on developing profi ciency in the end-user support skills, processes, and procedures necessary to correctly support offi ce productivity products. Upon completion, students should be able to prepare for industry-level certification and utilize advanced support tools toward resolving office productivity end-user problems.
