Solicitation Requests
MCC welcomes visitors and sales representatives to the campus to the extent that the visit or activity is not disruptive to the educational process or business activities of the College and does not conflict with local ordinances or laws of the state or federal governments and other policies adopted by the Board of Trustees.
Solicitation on the Martin Community College campus by individuals or organizations not affiliated with the College requires prior approval from the President or the President’s designee. Those wishing to solicit on campus must complete a Solicitation Request form. Requests should be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested date to allow time for review and processing.
