Any person may report sex discrimination (whether or not the person reporting is alleged to have experienced the conduct) at any time using the reporting form and contact information listed for the below:

To raise any concern involving bias or conflict of interest by the Title IX Coordinator, contact Dr. Tabitha Miller, MCC President, Building 1 Room 3 or (252) 789-0222. Concerns of bias or a potential conflict of interest by any other Title IX Team member should be reported to the Title IX Coordinator.

All MCC employees, including student-employees, other than those deemed Confidential Employees, are Mandated Reporters and are expected to promptly report all known details of actual or suspected sexual harassment to appropriate officials immediately. Failure of a Mandated Reporter to report an incident of sexual harassment of which they become aware is a violation of College Policy and may subject the employee to disciplinary action.
